AussieLife Care is committed to safeguarding all participants from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and violence. We have zero tolerance for any form of harm and maintain robust systems to prevent, identify, and respond to safeguarding concerns.

How We Safeguard Participants
- All staff undergo NDIS Worker Screening Checks
- Comprehensive staff training on safeguarding and rights
- Regular supervision and performance monitoring
- Clear policies and procedures for reporting concerns
- Collaboration with families, advocates, and other supports
- Respect for participant choice and decision-making
